Starting her working life as a mergers and acquisitions lawyer at a leading law firm, Sarah Holloway enjoyed building strong professional foundations but found it increasingly challenging to balance her corporate lifestyle with her love of health and wellbeing.
Sarah and her partner began to explore their passions through a creative side project in late 2014 capitalising in the health food markets lack of matcha green tea powder. With over 80,000 followers and 1000 stockist Matcha Maiden is leading the way to a very bright (green) future.

Claudio Bozzi - Deakin University

A unit chair and lecturer in Deakin’s undergraduate and postgraduate law programs, Dr Bozzi is also Executive Director of the Centre on the Legal Profession and now a director in the school’s newly-established law clinics.
